How do I take care of my new furniture?

Caring for you furniture is a simple process that should be done to increase the life of your new purchase. Visit our Product Care to find the care for your items.



I have seen a specific collection at a store but I do not see it on your website. Is it discontinued?

Klaussner products are so vast that we cannot show everything possible on the website. Please contact your local store for more details.



Can I get a certain fabric on a certain style?

Yes, most of our dealers have the capabilities to help you pick out the style and fabric that is personally yours and fulfill a custom order.



If warranty service is needed where do I go for help?

To obtain warranty service you must contact the original furniture retailer from whom you purchased the product and provide the serial number and proof of the original purchase. Furniture purchased under conditions of “as-is”, floor model, or second hand, is not covered under Manufacturer’s warranty. Extended or additional warranties are not the responsibility of the manufacturer.



How do I clean my upholstered furniture?

Our upholstered furniture has a deck label either located under the seat cushions or underneath the furniture itself. The label shows the cleaning codes and explanation for cleaning according to the code of the fabric. To determine the cleaning code of your fabric you may contact either the furniture retailer or manufacturer at 1-888-732-5948.

I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Can you send this to me?

If the items you purchased require assembly, the instructions should have been in the box the product came in. If this is missing or you have misplaced it, please provide us with the following information: your name, address, telephone number, a copy of your bill of sale, and the manufacturer’s style number of the piece that needs to be assembled.

I am missing the hardware to assemble my furniture. Can you send this to me?

If you received your furniture in a secure box, all the hardware should have been packaged inside. You should contact the furniture retail dealer with whom you purchased the product. They can order the parts through Klaussner Home Furnishings Parts Department.
