If you own a furniture store or are a licensed interior designer, you can apply for a trade account with us. Once we receive your information, a sales representative from Klaussner will reach out to discuss the possibilities of setting up your account or becoming an authorized retailer.

2. Can I order from Klaussner without being a business?

If you do not qualify for our trade program, you can shop a variety of our styles at retailers across the country. Learn more about how to buy our products.

3. What is the minimum ordering quantity?

You can buy a minimum of 1 unit to start. 

4. How does the pricing program work?

Our Wholesale Pricing Program is designed to help you earn better pricing with each purchase. The program includes six pricing levels with discounts based on how much you spend with us. As you reach each spending threshold, you earn a better discount on your pricing.

5. Is it possible to obtain a catalog for Klaussner Furniture?

6. Does Klaussner Furniture provide a warranty for their products?

7. Can I cancel a Special Order Upholstery once placed?

Once the order has begun production, cancellations are not permitted. Make sure to carefully review your Order Acknowledgement to confirm that it matches your original order.
